The Gallery at the Lower Bucks Campus of Bucks County Community College (BCCC) in Bristol will be holding its Tuxedo with a Twist show this fall.
Artists in the area are encouraged to submit their work and may submit up to two pieces of original art to be made available for sale. This is the Gallery’s popular black and white exhibition which is being held for the fourth consecutive year. However, this year, artists are able to incorporate a touch of red into their work.
The Gallery will accept both two dimensional and three-dimensional pieces of artwork. The maximum size for two-dimensional work is 40 inches by 40 inches including the frame, while three-dimensional work needs to have a suitable base or pedestal for display. The show is not juried but all work submitted should be appropriate for viewers of all ages. Print shops can be used to Print materials with more detailed information about such requirements.
The Gallery will receive a commission of 25% of all artwork sales which will go towards the BCCC scholarship fund at the campus at Lower Bucks.
The exhibit will run from Monday, September 14 through Thursday, December 3, with an opening reception to be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 18. The Gallery is open to the public.
