Bend to explore connection between humans and animals
Whether they are wild, domesticated, or a beloved family pet, a Bend workshop will explore the relationships between humans and the animals around them.
Bend’s High Desert Museum has planned a virtual event that will celebrate the role animals play in the lives of humans, and it will address the topic from a variety of perspectives. Registration for this free activity is now open, and it will run for one hour.
During the event, the group will explore the reasons humans view different species of animals in certain ways, as well as how they may share more with them than they realize. The conversation will be led by a museum curator, and everyone will be encouraged to share their opinions and experiences. It was noted that this gathering has been made possible thanks to support from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Even though an activity like this may be taking place online, it can still benefit from some real-world marketing. A poster printing company will be able to help, as it can offer many type of publications, ranging from small flyers and leaflets, to full-color, large-format posters.
The High Desert Museum will be welcoming the public for this virtual discussion on February 18, 2021. A registration form for the activity can be found on its website, along with details about the other programming it has to offer.
