An opportunity to find romance is coming to Springfield next month, and area singles can meet face-to-face to explore connections and take a shot at love.
The Speed Dating Series is coming to O’Conner’s Irish Pub soon with the goal of helping area singles meet, break the ice, and grow through any shared interests and common ground. Participants will get to enjoy genuine conversations in an energetic and warm setting, allowing real chemistry to develop.
Attendees will not need to worry about swiping, hovering at the bar, or guessing if they will find a match. The organizers have ensured that the speed dating event will work within a structure of low-pressure mini-dates. Each date will last five minutes, providing enough time for both parties to introduce themselves and enjoy some simple conversation. The women will remain seated while the men will rotate tables at the end of each date. Attendees will get to meet up to 10 potential matches, with mutual matches being emailed to both parties within 24 to 48 hours.
O’Conner’s Irish Pub in Springfield is hosting the speed dating session on Wednesday, April 1st. The doors open at 6:00 PM, and the dates will kick off at 7:00 PM. Registration costs $20 per person online.
