Music lovers and hockey fans can rejoice in Springfield, as a popular rock band and a hockey game are set to take over a local venue for an evening.
The Springfield Thunderbirds will be taking on the Providence Bruins in an American Hockey League matchup this March, with attendees having the option of staying after the game to listen to Dropkick Murphys, a U.S. rock band with an Irish twist. The hockey game will begin at 6:05 PM, with the concert beginning shortly thereafter.
Interested parties must purchase a ticket for both events to attend the concert after the hockey game, with Thunderbirds season ticket holders getting early access and other bonuses. Marketers can use poster printing to create Posters that capture attention and build excitement around the hockey game and concert, increasing ticket sales.
Dropkick Murphys, which has over 1.2 million followers and 2.7 million monthly listeners, will perform some of their hit songs, including "Tessie," "Shipping Up to Boston," "The State of Massachusetts," and "Fields of Athenry," along with other surprise tunes. The concert and hockey game are both sponsored by MassMutual.
The MassMutual Center in Springfield will be the host venue for both the hockey game and the concert. The hockey game will start at 6:05 PM on Wednesday, March 11th. Tickets can be purchased online.
