Open house helps Springfield residents find houseplants

Springfield residents who want to add some color and life to their living spaces in preparation for winter will want to make a note of an upcoming open house event.

The Rooted in Hope Open House & House Plant Marketplace, which is presented by CitiLookout, is getting ready to open in Springfield this November, bringing residents with a love for things that grow together to add to their plant collections and make new friendly connections. By attending, guests will also show their support for healing and overall wellness within the community.

Interested individuals are encouraged to drop in at any point during the four-hour open house segment. It will double as an opportunity to learn more about CitiLookout, the group’s goals, and what they do to aid Springfield residents. Organic impressions generated by poster and flyer printing are an essential component of promotional operations when organizing community events like this.

Proceeds from ticket sales will support CitiLookout’s counseling and trauma work, with each attendee helping to make a difference. The open house will be filled with a wide variety of houseplants guests can pick out and take home.

CitiLookout, located at 616 North Limestone Street in Springfield, will host the open house and plant market. The doors open at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 6, and tickets are available online for $20 per attendee.
