Neil Diamond tribute comes to Springfield

Fans of beloved singer and songwriter Neil Diamond should leave space in their calendar next month for a night of music and nostalgia as a tribute band stops in Springfield.

The Killer Vees will appear and perform covers of classic Diamond hits at the Clark State Performing Arts Center in mid-November. The group comprises Matt Vee and his cousins, Jeff and Tommy Vee. They plan to play songs like “Sweet Caroline” and “Cracklin’ Rosie” to bring entertainment and joy to the Springfield community.

Tommy Vee says:

“This is a celebration of an amazing musical icon, one we love and respect. It’s a rockin’ show that truly celebrates the legendary Neil Diamond!”

The concert will expose new generations to a music icon with a five-decade career. The local musicians have taken a deep dive into Diamond’s discography to provide the best performance possible to attendees.
