As part of its efforts to provide high-quality programming to the community, the Parma branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library system will be hosting a yoga event in late June.
Event officials say this event will give attendees a chance to learn the basics of the practice. Individuals will get to learn more about what yoga is, how it works, and what its benefits are. Teachers will be on hand to provide demonstrations of basic yoga practices, answer questions, and debunk myths. Individuals will be on hand to show attendees more about related practices, including wellness and meditation.
Attendees should also view this as a community event. Teachers will be available to make introductions and allow individuals to meet others interested in like-minded practices.
Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the library and its various programs both before and after the event. While at the library, they will be encouraged to check out Books. Promotional Products from local businesses are sometimes available at libraries.
Registration for the event opens next Tuesday, May 28, and registration is required to attend, although the event is free. It takes place on Wednesday, June 26, and runs from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Parma-Powers Library, 6996 Powers Blvd, Parma. Information about other events – including other yoga and wellness events – can be found on the library website. Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products Get a Free Quote for Books
