A band is coming to town that combines dance music, power rock, and a little bit of country under the leadership of a female vocalist.
GYPSY is a cover band that concentrates on hits from the 1970s up to the present day. Lori Matusz handles the vocal duties, backed up by a four-piece outfit that currently includes Terry Hart on drums, Gerhard Schermaier on guitar and keyboards, Kevin McDonald on bass guitar, and Alex Koenig on guitar.
GYPSY's performances appeal to people of all ages, many of whom have been rocking for decades. Among the bands they cover are some of the biggest names in rock, including AC/DC, Paul McCartney, Jefferson Airplane, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, Grand Funk Railroad, Poison, Pink, Aerosmith, Journey, Tom Petty, and Led Zepplin. They often play the hits of Fleetwood Mac (Stevie Nicks) and Heart in their shows too.
GYPSY is based in Cleveland, and is a popular guest at Legends, where they appear regularly. They also perform throughout the area, and have appeared on local radio. An enthusiastic five-star review of a recent performance of GYPSY live says simply “Awesomeness.”
GYPSY will be at the Legends Sports Bar & Grill on Day Drive in Parma on August 28, at 8:00 pm. Flyer printing is an excellent medium to use to create handouts to advertise events like this.
