The Rock-n-Roll Express is arriving in Parma, thanks to the Sugar Mountain tribute band. The outfit takes listeners back to the 1970s to enjoy the hits of Neil Young, as well as his band Crazy Horse, and other artists.
Sugar Mountain is named for one of Young's hits, which he wrote in 1964. Other Young songs on the setlist include “Heart of Gold,” “Cinnamon Girl,” and the iconic “Rockin' in the Free World.” Sugar Mountain doesn't confine itself strictly to Young's catalog, though. Listeners may also hear hits like “Jumpin' Jack Flash” by the Rolling Stones, or Creedence Clearwater Revival's “Born on the Bayou.”
Sugar Mountain is an ensemble of New Jersey musicians who replicate Neil Young's performances as accurately as possible. In addition to Young's solo work, they explore the hits from his time with groups like Buffalo Springfield, Crazy Horse, and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young.
A review says:
“What an amazing evening with an amazing tribute band... Sugar Mountain. If you enjoy the classic rock and rollers from the early 70’s like Neil Young, you’ll love this band... You’d think you were actually seeing Neil himself live...”
Sugar Mountain will be at Bar 30 in Parma on December 12, starting at 9:00 pm. Flyer printing can provide advertising for this type of event.
