New Ohio Pie Co. expands into Parma
New Ohio Pie Co. is to take over former Master’s Pizza location here in Parma.
Ohio Pie Co., which already has a Rocky River location as well as one in Brunswick, will be opening its newest location at 6847 Ridge Road in Parma. According to Nick Robson, the company’s owner, he has been searching for the ideal location for a third shop for more than a year.
After looking in several communities, the former pizza shop location in Parma was found with the presence of equipment and its layout being the deciding factors. Robson explained that moving into a former pizza shop rather than an empty, blank space would save the enterprise around $100,000.
Flyer printing services are often involved in the launching of a new eatery.
Although major renovations will not be needed, the location will need to make some changes to ensure it has the same vibe as the company's other stores, such as neon signs and murals. The Parma location will most closely resemble the Rocky River store with a few tables for waiting but will not have a full seating area. The new space is the ideal size, and the location offers a full parking lot and is close to the city’s new Aldi.
The Ohio Pie Co. does not offer delivery even those executed via third-part apps and only accept in person or over the phone orders.
The Parma store expects to open at the end of spring or during early summer.
