Middleburg Heights welcomes Irish culture celebration

Immigrants from Ireland have made many contributions to the United States, and Middleburg Heights will honor those contributions with a three-day festival in mid-July.

The 40th Cleveland Irish Cultural Festival will celebrate and preserve Irish folklore, traditions, and history. This year’s annual event will feature many attractions, including an Irish coffee house, stage plays, pipe bands, workshops, and an outdoor Mass at the end of the festival. At least twenty-four different entertainers will perform over the event. There are also over fifty vendors who will appear, offering authentic Irish crafts and food.

The festival began as the brainchild of visionary founder John O’Brien, Sr., who began a non-profit organization in 1983, highlighting Irish culture and its contributions to the world.

Festivals can be very well promoted with poster printing and Banners.

The event will run from Friday, July 18, through Sunday, July 20, with varying hours. It will be held on Berea Fairgrounds, whose address is 19201 East Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights. Hours vary daily; on Friday, festivities occur from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Hours are 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. General admission is $20, and children under the age of 10 are admitted free. Free parking will be provided for attendees.
