Middleburg Heights area chamber hosts festive fundraiser
The temperatures may be dropping, but a Middleburg Heights neighbor chamber of commerce is warming hearts with an end-of-year fundraiser.
The Strongsville Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Holiday Scholarship Dance in early December. This is the 58th such event for the group, and it gives local business leaders a chance to combine business with holiday fun. The evening will include several food stations, an open bar, a martini bar, a photo booth, and raffle prizes. “T” & Rich Dueling Piano Show will provide live entertainment during the night. Proceeds from the event go towards the Chamber’s scholarship fund.
The Strongville Chamber was founded in 1941 and is one of the largest in Ohio. Membership in the organization carries several benefits, including networking opportunities, access to resources to grow commerce, and a chance to contribute to a dynamic business community. According to its website, the Chamber has donated more scholarship money than any other local organization. Graphic design services such as brochure printing help entrepreneurs promote their work.
The Holiday Scholarship Dance is scheduled for Friday, December 5 from 7:00 to 11:00 PM. It will be held at the Encore Event Center (formerly Michaud’s) in Strongsville at 16808 Pearl Road. Tickets are $100 per person. Valet parking is included with the ticket. Sponsorship opportunities are available for this event. Attendees may either call the Chamber on 440-238-3366 for tickets or visit the Chamber’s website.
