Fremont hosts one-day workshop on stress management

A full-day training program aimed at helping participants understand and manage stress will be offered in Fremont as part of Mount Skills’ continuing professional development series.

The session provides eight hours of classroom instruction and is designed for attendees seeking structured techniques to recognize stressors, apply coping models, and adopt strategies to reduce the impact of chronic pressure.

The course covers the physiological and psychological responses associated with stress and examines how prolonged strain can influence health and behavior. Participants will be guided through relaxation practices, including the Mitchell Method, and will learn approaches for minimizing or avoiding triggers when possible. Organizers emphasize that the material is tailored for anyone interested in strengthening personal stress-management habits rather than only those in specialized fields.

Each registration includes course materials, lunch, snacks, and beverages. A certificate of completion is issued at the conclusion of the training. Fees vary by registration date: Group Registration is $463.26, Early Bird Individual Registration is $618.81, and Standard Registration is $826.21. Refunds are available up to seven days before the program.

Poster printing may be used to assist organizations such as this one in promoting workplace-wellness events of this kind.

The workshop will occur on Thursday, January 8th, from 9 am to 5 pm in Fremont, California. For specific venue details, attendees should contact the organizer.
