Cincinnati residents have a lot to look forward to this year, as a number of developments take place throughout the city.
No fewer than five major projects could mean more jobs and other changes to the area during 2015.
The first is Oakley Station, a mixed-use development on 74 acres, which is in contention to become the site of General Electric's Global Operations Center. In addition, Kroger is building its largest store in the area at Oakley, and several other retailers have already signed leases.
The second major development is Liberty Center, which is being built in phases. The first phase carries a price tag of $375m and comprises an AC by Marriott hotel with 130 rooms, a Cinebistro movie house with 16 screens, office space totaling about 75,000 square feet, and 240 high-end apartments, as well as restaurants and retailers.
The other developments are two old car dealerships on Montgomery road, which will be developed for commercial use; the former Drawbridge Hotel and Convention Center, which will take the new form of a medical office building of some 75,000 square feet; and the second phase of the Streets of Westchester, which will include a high-end grocery store.
Developers on these projects might consider working with brochure printers to develop Booklets for distribution to commercial realtors, who can then present them to their clients.Get a Free Quote for Booklets
