Who's coming? The Who, is who. One of the most influential and popular bands in the world, The Who is on the road with two of their founding members: Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey are headlining, along with drummer Zak Starkey, bassist Jon Button, and Loren Gold handling the keyboard. The Who have extended their tour due to popular demand.
The band first got together in 1964 in London, with Townshend and Daltrey, along with Keith Moon and John Entwistle, as the founding members. Cited as one of rock's most influential bands, they have sold more than 100 million records around the world. The band, and Townshend in particular, are credited with the development of the rock opera. “Tommy,” the band’s first effort in this field, has sold about 20 million Copies to date.
