Pizzeria to open new location in Greater Cincinnati

Dewey's Pizza has announced it will soon open its ninth location in Greater Cincinnati.

The chain will located its newest operation on a two-acre site in Anderson Township, along Witt Road and Beechmont Avenue.

Paul Folker is an Anderson Township native, and is also Dewey's Pizza's regional manager. He reveals that residents of the township have been asking the chain to open a restaurant there for more than a year, and he is really excited to finally be establishing a presence there.

The general manager of the new location is Alaina Mueller, who graduated from the company's leadership program. Mueller, an alumna of Michigan State, has been with Dewey's for four years, and said the company will be hiring cooks, hosts, and part-time and full-time servers for the new location.

Dewey's is known for its hand-tossed pizza, which is the only item on its menu except for a calzone and salads. It has a selection of wines and beers available as well.

The store is a standalone restaurant, and will be able to seat about 95 patrons. The opening is scheduled for August 31.

Mueller might want to work with a flyer printing company to create handouts for distribution near the new location during the opening. Often, including a coupon can tempt people to go to a restaurant they might not otherwise visit.
