Greg Hardman of Cincinnati has a goal to restore Cincinnati to its rightful place in brewing history. Celebrating the city’s beer brewing history, Hardman opened the Moerlein Lager House on Monday, February 27, after a gala celebration on Saturday. The idea for the facility had been brewing in Hardman’s mind for over a decade. He first got the idea after a historic beer hall in Munich relocated to Kentucky. Hardman’s idea for a brewing operation and facility to celebrate the areas brewing history was born out of the disappointment many locals had when the beer hall chose Kentucky over Cincinnati over a decade ago.
New businesses and facilities in Cincinnati, such as the Moerlein Lager House, may attract other businesses and tourists to the area, creating more business opportunities for Cincinnati Print companies. As new businesses and tourist attractions move into the area, printing services such as flyer printing, banner printing and poster printing are often required to promote new businesses, announce promotions and attract more customers.
The Moerlein Lager House is much more than just a restaurant; it also features the Beer Barons and Brewers Hall of Fame, murals celebrating the beer barons of Cincinnati and a private dining area that was named after the founder of a local West End brewery, John Hauk. The murals are the work of Cincinnati artist, Jim Effler. The Beer Barons and Brewers Hall of Fame honors the many Cincinnati brewers of the past.
