Downtown White Plains is hosting its annual Wing Walk tasting event this spring.
During the event, participants can sample more than 30 chicken wing flavors from over a dozen participating restaurants. Tickets include two chicken wings at each location. After tasting, participants can rank and vote for their favorites. Votes must be submitted by 5:15 pm on the day of the walk, and Downtown White Plains will announce the winners on its social media pages that evening. Restaurants often use poster printing services to advertise their participation in this type of community event.
Tickets are available online now for $27.85 per person. Discounted tickets for kids ages five to 10 are $17.24. Attendees will need to choose from two time slots, 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm or 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. VIP tickets, which include express check-in, a Stella Artois voucher and access to the event for the full afternoon, are $43.76. All prices include fees.
Attendees can check in up to 15 minutes before their start time at one of three locations, which are listed on the ticket purchase page. During check-in, they can pick up their wristbands and wing passports, which they will need to show at each tasting location.
The Downtown White Plains Wing Walk is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
