Westchester County Association (WCA) is hosting a conversation on healthcare affordability in White Plains this summer.
All Access Healthcare: The Healthcare Affordability Challenge: Balancing Cost, Access and Quality will feature a panel discussion between Thomas Clements of Meridian Risk and Nick Stefanizzi, moderated by Steven Chananie. Chananie is a special counsel at Sheppard Mullin and has represented clients – such as hospital systems, physician practices, and academic medical centers – that are dealing with complex healthcare regulations.
The conversation will consider the causes of increasing healthcare costs and the effects they are having on both employers and healthcare providers. The panelists will then discuss possible solutions for lowering costs without limiting access. WCA recommends the event for healthcare providers and insurance company employees, as well as employers, business leaders, and employee benefits professionals.
Tickets are available online now. The cost is $35 for WCA members and $45 for non-members. Businesses can also contact WCA about sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship packages are $2,000 and include two tickets to the session, citation on marketing materials and event Signs, and the option to give out marketing materials during the event. Companies often work with Print shops to create these promotional materials.
All Access Healthcare will be on Wednesday, August 5 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the auditorium at 360 Hamilton Ave in White Plains.
