Westchester County Association (WCA) is hosting its annual real estate conference this spring.
The Annual Westchester County Real Estate Conference will include a speaker and panel discussion focused on this year’s theme, The Infrastructure Imperative: Transit, Development and the Systems Shaping Westchester’s Growth. Attendees will also get an early look at the next edition of WCA’s Real Estate Policy Playbook, a resource for business owners navigating zoning approvals and making decisions related to real estate development. The group has added an infrastructure section in the latest update.
Leaders from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metro-North Railroad will give a presentation. The industry panel will feature Christopher Gibaldi, Meredith Marshall, and Kevney Moses, all of whom have extensive real estate development leadership experience. AKRP senior vice president Ashley Ley will moderate. More information about all of the panel participants is available on WCA's website.
Tickets are available now for $95 per member and $125 per non-member. WCA’s members include business owners and community leaders from White Plains and other towns in the county. Sponsor and supporter packages are also available. Organizers often work with Print shops to create Signs and other sponsor recognition materials for this type of event.
The Westchester County Real Estate Conference will be on Wednesday, May 13 from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at Westchester Country Club in Rye.
