New Year party to happen near Wappingers Falls
Mill Creek Caterers will host a New Year's Eve Party this year near Wappingers Falls. There will be lots of food and drink, along with comedy and music entertainment.
The night will begin with a DJ performance via the award-winning Hudson Valley entertainment company Music Masters. A Mills Creek Comedy Series performance will follow with headliners Shelia Kay and Eric Lyden. The former comedian is a mother hailing from Detroit who has an impressive résumé full of stand-up, radio, music, movies, and a two-woman show. The latter has worked on such TV shows as Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen and Gotham Comedy Live, and is known for his celebrity impressions. Eric A Sloshower, a comedian and creator of the Mill Creek Comedy Series, will host the event.
As for food, there will be hot appetizers and a cold display to start, followed by a full buffet with a carving station and a dessert bar. Guests will have the option of an open bar or a cash bar depending on the package that they decide to purchase. Ticket prices will be $145 for a cash bar and $175 for an open bar.
