Dutchess County holds mini golf fundraiser
Wappingers Falls' Community Action Partnership for Dutchess County will be hosting its 7th annual mini golf tournament Putt Fore ACTION ‘24 in a few weeks.
Along with mini golf, attendees may enjoy mini munchies, drinks, basket raffles, contests and door prizes. The event will have check-in from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, which will be followed by the golf start at 6:30 pm.
Golfers will compete for lowest individual and team scores, and closest to the pin and longest drive contests.
Individual registration is $45. Scorecard sponsorships ($250), Hole and Tee sponsors ($350), and Birdie sponsors at the $400 level will have their company name on event signage and logo design on scorecards, tees, and hole signs. Eagle sponsors ($600) will receive five admission tickets plus all the amenities from the Birdie sponsorship.
The highest sponsor will be the $900 ACE sponsor. Perks for this will include 10 slots in the tournament, company logo on the event website, and on three tee/hole signs and scorecards. They will also get the option of having a table at the event where they can pass out promotional products, business cards, and brochures about their goods and services.
Proceeds will go to the Dutchess County Community Action Program, an organization that aids local individuals and families in need.
