Nanuet resident promoted to customer service director
Alise Seguinot, a resident of Nanuet, has been promoted by SUEZ North America as its Director of Customer Service.
Having worked for the company for a decade, Seguinot will be responsible for standardizing business processes across the offices of SUEZ in Rhode Island and New York and enhancing the experience for customers by using strategies and feedback from customers that have led to improved scores for customer service in Westchester and Rockland counties. These approaches have included overseeing field and customer service operations, enhancing internal training programs, and creating and executing long-term strategies that align with the overall customer strategy of SUEZ.
Seguinot expressed her thrill with taking on this new role as the top priority for the company is its customers. She added that with the SUEZ team and the input of customers that new and innovative ways to serve them will be developed. Often printing services are used to promote such new programs throughout a company’s customer base.
Sequinot has served as Customer Service Supervisor and planning specialist for the division in Westchester. She most recently has been Manager of Customer Service and Metering, leading her team several programs that have been of benefit to customers in Rhode Island and New York. She has made possible an enhanced notification system for customers so that they can receive important information as soon as possible.
