Women's charity provides free prom dresses

An event has been set up to provide free prom and graduation dresses to junior high and high school students who may not have the financial means to purchase formal attire. With all dresses donated, distribution will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are required to register in advance through Eventbrite.

The organizers believe that every girl is entitled to attend her prom. The initiative aims to support students who have worked hard academically but may face financial obstacles in attending their prom. By offering free dresses, Women of Integrity Inc. seeks to ensure that every student has the opportunity to participate in this milestone event. Brochure printing is a convenient way of sharing important details about upcoming relationships.

Featuring entertainment from Guest DJ Geezy, it will be hosted by Dr. Laurie Hamilton. Organizers encourage eligible students in need of a dress to reach out in advance and complete the registration process.

To participate, attendees must be graduating from high school or junior high and must present a valid school ID. A parent or guardian is required to accompany them on the day. Further information and inquiries can be directed to woipromdressdrive@gmail.com. Prior to the event day, registration must be finished using Eventbrite.

Women of Integrity Inc. will host its Annual Prom Dress Giveaway on April 26th, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Kennedy Memorial Park in Hempstead near Merrick.
