Whether Italian by birth or just by heart, an upcoming festival will offer plenty of excitement and fun for everyone.
The South Campus of Hofstra University is the site for the 25th annual Italian Experience festival. The culture of Italy and the contributions the country and its people have made to the United States is proudly celebrated for all to enjoy. There will be food, art, and entertainment. Guests can view exhibits designed by various cultural organizations and purchase handmade crafts. Children will enjoy the puppet show, magic show and face painting, as well as the bounce house on site.

The festival kicks off, rain or shine, on Sunday, September 17 at the South Campus located at 1000 Fulton Avenue in Hempstead. It runs from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
