The Merrick Chamber of Commerce – the leading business organization of the Merrick, New York area – will be hosting its annual Installation Dinner this month.
The occasion will feature an array of honors, including the Man & Woman of the Year for the Merrick area. It will also honor the Merrick School District and North Merrick School District.
The event is set up to say thank you to Merrick community leaders and organizations who have contributed to the Merrick community. The program itself will include a formal presentation of proclamations, certificates, and other Corporate Gifts.
The event will also see the annual installation of new Chamber board leaders. The Merrick Chamber of Commerce is one of the leading community-oriented organizations in Merrick, but it is also volunteer-run. In that capacity, this event will see the installation of the new president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and more. It will also see the formal acceptance of the local board of directors.
It will be held on Tuesday, January 24, from 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm at Mio Posto, which is located at 16 Merrick Avenue in Merrick. Tickets are $95 a person and include a full dinner.
