Fundraiser reaches out to local strays

A fundraiser will be looking to raise money in support of stray animals in the area.

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy live music from DJ Ben-E and participate in six rounds of Music Bingo. The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle, a Lotto Board Raffle, and over 40 raffle baskets. Additionally, a variety of merchandise will be available for purchase. Print shops could be used to make supplies for a party.

Tickets are priced at $55 per person, which includes six games of bingo, a hero sandwich, cold salads, beverages, and dessert. Tickets can be purchased via the AllEvents.in page, where guests may also buy additional bingo boards, raffle tickets, and merchandise in advance. These items can be collected at the fundraiser check-in. Attendees are also invited to make a tax-deductible donation to the rescue organization.

The event’s capacity is limited to 150 seats, so attendees are advised to purchase tickets early and consider gathering their friends to share a table. Each table accommodates up to eight people. For those who prefer alternative payment methods, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle are available. Save A Stray Music Bingo Fundraiser with DJ Ben–E will be at the Merrick Golf Clubhouse on Saturday, September 21. The evening's schedule begins with doors opening at 4:45 pm, followed by dinner at 5:00 pm, and Music Bingo starting at 6:00 pm.
