A new facility for outpatient clinical services is being built at the Orthopaedic & Physical Performance Center in Henrietta.

Professional banner printing is often one of the services used at such sites to inform residents of anticipated healthcare services.

This building will be four stories high and will cost $240m to construct. One goal of this addition is to build a relationship with the surrounding retail establishments, known as The Marketplace Mall, with a major entryway that will integrate and connect the healthcare space to the neighboring spaces, and provide additional foot traffic to the shopping area.

The Center will provide ambulatory surgery and other essential orthopedic services. It will have a procedure suite of three rooms, a surgical platform with three operating rooms, advanced imaging facilities, and a human performance and injury prevention center, as well as spaces for education and administration, clinical research, and physical therapy.

Special attention has been paid to the design of the building, with a sinuous façade that represents movement and is symbolic of the orthopedic care that will be provided in the building. There are wood slate walls, acoustic ceiling baffles, and imagery of people in motion in the lobby to enable ease of navigation for patients with mobility issues and painful orthopedic conditions.

The building is expected to be completed by Fall 2023.
