Famous chicken eatery to come to Henrietta

Dave’s Hot Chicken is planning to open a restaurant on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, which was once a Boston Market.

Banner printing can be used at such sites to inform residents of such upcoming changes to establishments in town.

The space, which spans 2.900 square feet, is currently being remodeled. Dave’s Hot Chicken is a fast-casual chain and specializes in jumbo hot chicken sliders and tenders which are deep-fried and hand-breaded. Patrons have a choice of their spice intensity from no spice to Reaper. Cheese fries, seasoned fries, macaroni and cheese, and Dave’s version of coleslaw, kaleslaw, will be offered as side dishes. Beverages will include milkshakes and sodas.

Décor at typical locations of Dave’s Hot Chicken feature custom graffiti and bold color schemes. Icons from the Rochester area will be part of the graffiti at this location.

The location in Henrietta will be the first one in the Rochester area. The next closest location is in Erie County. Research from Technomic, a consulting firm, named Dave’s Hot Chicken the fastest growing chain in the country in 2022. Investors in this restaurant plan to open 8 to 10 Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurants between Rochester and Buffalo in the coming years.

The hours of this location will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until midnight.

Dave’s Hot Chicken plans to open in August.
