What's Happening in Albuquerque, NM…

Expert to host breathwork program

An online seminar hosted by Wing Song Regenerative is teaching the people of Albuquerque how to develop habits that will help them to deal with stress.

Feeling stressed is not the only issue that these techniques can help with, as there are suggestions they can be of use to people suffering from poor sleep, loss of appetite, anxiety, panic attacks, and fatigue.

The program is run by Alex Harrison, who is a certified teacher of breathwork and he specializes in regenerative and conscious life design coaching. Most of his work concentrates on showing people how to heal themselves and reconnect with nature.

According to Harrison, the way people breathe is directly related to how they live their lives. A person who has short, constrictive breathing is likely to be living a life that is also restricted in some way. Those who practice deep and fluid breathing are more likely to be living a life that flows easily.

The workshop has several points to teach. These include showing people how to be present, how to self-regulate emotions by controlling their breath, and how to set up patterns and habits that allow people to respond to challenging situations in life with more confidence. Flyer printing could be used to promote such events.

The workshop is free to attend online and it will be running on August 5 from 10:00 am.
