Barrett House Home Run to be hosted in Albuquerque
The Barrett House Home Run is set to take place in Albuquerque next month.
Created in support of the Barrett House Foundation, all proceeds from the race entry fees will fund the needs of homeless women and children. The Barrett House also runs a respite program to provide necessary resources and long-term housing options for homeless women who have been hospitalized and discharged while still in need of care.
This Albuquerque event will consist of three different run – a 10K run, a 5K run or walk, and a Kids K for children 11 years old and younger. Flyer printing is often used by event organizers to provide participants with necessary race information and dates.
The registration fees cost $40 per person for the 10K and 5K races, and $15 for the Kids K. Race day registration will be $50 for the 10K and 5K, and $20 for the Kid’s K.
The 10kKis scheduled to begin at 9:00 am, the 5K at 9:15 am, and the Kid’s K at 10:15 am. All three races will begin and finish at the El Vado Motel.
The Barrett House Home Run will be held on Sunday, March 1. Packet pickup for preregistered runners will take place the day before on Saturday, February 29 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
