Albuquerque celebrates local greatness
SOMOS Albuquerque will return for its third annual celebration, showcasing local talent in food, entertainment, and art, to name a few areas.
One of the main attractions will be the Boulevard, a multi-faceted installation of art and technology. There will be interactive portions, and activities for attendees to try on their own. There will also be live performers scattered throughout.
Food and drinks will be highlighted at this event as well, with a beer garden featuring local breweries. Food courtyards will have tastes available from some of the top restaurants in Albuquerque.
Other live performances will include both local and internationally touring bands and musical groups. Multiple stages will be set up, and a variety of genres will be performed.
Tickets are currently available for this event. Children 12 and under are free, while general admission is $14.50. The VIP tickets are $54.50, and include a private seating area and an exclusive bar.
SOMOS will be taking over Civic Plaza and some of the surrounding area. Attendees should check parking ahead of time and should expect traffic delays on the day of the event.
