Spring street fair to take place in Northvale area

The Nyack Famous Street Fair will take place in downtown Nyack this spring.

This family-friendly event will include a large selection of vendor exhibits, live music, and festival foods for purchase. Items for sale will include handmade goods, traditional retail products, gift items, and home decor pieces. More than 275 booths are expected. Vendors often use banner printing services to display their brand information at street fairs. Food options will include classic ice cream sodas from New York Soda Jerks and lobster rolls from the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck. Musicians will perform throughout the day in the Main Street gazebo. Shops and restaurants with outdoor seating will also be open during the fair.

The fair is free to attend, and everyone in the area, including residents of Northvale and other nearby towns, is welcome. Attendees are asked to leave their pets at home. The fair will take place rain or shine, so shoppers should dress for the weather. The Art, Craft & Antique Dealer’s Association (ACADA) of Nyack has been sponsoring the event for more than 50 years. ACADA is an organization made up of local shop owners and artists dedicated to supporting local businesses.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair will take place at the interaction of Main Street and Broadway in downtown Nyack, on Sunday, May 21, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
