Northvale area park to host craft show

The Fall Craft Show and Antique and Gift Corner is taking place in Bergen County this August.

The craft show will feature more than 125 exhibitors organized into an arts and crafts section and an antiques corner. Arts and crafts vendors will offer a selection of pieces, including floral arrangements, clothing, prints, jewelry, pottery, stained glass, seasonal home decor, crocheted animals and soft sculptures. The antiques corner features silver, porcelain, vintage toys, linens, and antique and costume jewelry. Snacks, including homemade pretzels, Italian ice, and desserts, will also be available for purchase.

Jon Felz will be providing drop-in appraisals of antiques and collectibles for $5 per item from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Guest experts at this type of event often use business card printing services to provide contact information for those interested in booking a consultation in the future.

Admission is free, and the event is open to everyone in the area, including residents of Northvale and other nearby towns. Westwood Heritage Society, a group dedicated to promoting and preserving local history, is sponsoring the fair. It runs a small museum at the Westwood Train Station that displays local artifacts and a rotating photography collection.

The Fall Craft Show will be on Sunday, August 23 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Park in Westwood, rain or shine.
