The Kiddie Academy opened in Northvale Square last month, bringing a state-of-the-art facility to families here.
The Academy provides a fun, safe environment where experienced childcare experts work with young children to prepare them for success in school. The Academy has created an environment that aims to be entertaining as well as educational.
The Academy comprises 10,000 square feet, complete with both common areas and classrooms. The spaces are furnished with Books, preschool desktop computers, reading material, and age-appropriate music and toys. There is an indoor playground for use during the winter and rainy days, while outside, a play area has been canopied to prevent sunburn when the children play outdoors. The center is monitored with cameras, surveillance, and an access control system.
Children from six months of age to twelve years are eligible to attend the Academy, where they follow the Life Essentials curriculum, which is proprietary to Kiddie Academy. Using this tool, children are encouraged to learn at their own speed. It also nurtures the child's individual potential through health and fitness, character education, and technology.
Teachers, who have degrees in early childhood development or similar fields, work under the direction of Jennifer Grinberg, who has more than 20 years' experience in childhood education.
Academy staff might consider working with a brochure printing company to create illustrated Booklets about the facility, and mail them to area residents.
