Lovers of the long-running daytime drama ‘Days of Our Lives’ will have a chance to meet cast members in Northvale this evening.
The NBC staple has been on the air since November 8, 1965, and this year will celebrate its 50th anniversary. In honor of the milestone, Greg Meng, the show's co-executive producer, compiled a book called ‘Days of Our Lives 50 Years’, which starts with historical black and white photos from the show's beginning, and includes many full-color photos. The pictures follow the journeys of some of the show's iconic characters, as well as the intriguing stories that have played out over the years.
Along with Meng, cast members Deidre Hall (Marlena), Stephen Michols (Steve), Lauren Koslow (Kate), Billy Flynn (Chad), Kristian Alfonso (Hope), Thaao Penghlis (Tony), Galen Gering, (Rafe), and Kate Mansi (Abigail) will be at Northvale's Books & Greetings to sign Copies of the book.
The signing is scheduled for tonight (October 27) at 7:00 pm at the bookstore. Patrons will be asked to buy a copy and then will be given a numbered ticket to reserve a spot in line for the signing. Everyone will need a copy of the book, which they must buy at Books & Greetings.
