Westwood Recreation is hosting a craft fair in Veterans Park this October.
Harvestfest is expecting more than 115 vendors to participate. A large selection of items, including dyed silk clothing pieces, ceramic items, Halloween decor, wooden bowls, stained glass works, macrame plant holders, watercolor paintings, and more will be available for purchase. Crafters often use banner printing services to promote their businesses at large craft fairs. Vendors will be selling festival-style food, including pickles, kettle corn, and homemade pretzels.
In addition to newly made craft pieces, the fair will have an antique section. This will include coins, estate jewelry, glassware items, silver, and antique toys.
The fair is free to attend and open to everyone in the area, including residents of Northvale and other nearby towns. It will take place rain or shine, so attendees should dress for the weather.
Westwood’s Recreation department has partnered with PJ’s Promotions to run and advertise the fair. The company promotes at least 15 craft fairs in northern New Jersey throughout the year. The PJ’s Promotions website includes a link to directions to Veterans Park. Any artists, crafters or photographers interested in selling their wares at this or any future craft shows can apply on the website as well.
Harvestfest will take place on Sunday, October 1 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
