The popular rock band Breaking Benjamin will be coming to New Jersey this fall for a live concert.
The group will be performing in Montclair, hoping to draw in fans from nearby areas such as Northvale and New York. The concert will be opened by Memphis May Fire, a Texas-based metalcore band whose history also dates back to the mid-2000s. Breaking Benjamin will be the headlining act, known for singles such as “So Cold”, “Blow Me Away”, “The Diary of Jane” and “Breath.” In more recent years, the band has revamped its live performances to include backing vocalists and layered guitar parts. The band is still headed up by lead vocalist and guitarist Benjamin Burnley but features a new group of supporting musicians since 2014.
The New Jersey performance is part of a tour for the band across the East Coast that kicks off at the Blue Ridge Rock Festival in Danville, Virginia on September 9. Other dates will see the group performing alongside fellow 2000s hitmakers Papa Roach. Concert tours like this often use flyer printing, social media, and other tools to let locals know that they’ll be in town. The concert will be an in-person show with no capacity limits.
Breaking Benjamin and Memphis May Fire will perform at the Wellmont Theatre in Montclair on September 12, 2021.
