NJ Camp Fairs and the American Camp Association are hosting a camp fair for kids and parents in the Northvale area this February.
The fair will feature directors from a wide variety of camp styles open to kids of all ages. Attendees will be able to learn more about their camp options, ask questions, and meet staff in person. Programs represented will include day camps, summer-long sleep-away camps and shorter overnight programs lasting between two and four weeks. Options will be available for prospective campers from preschool to high school.
Camps will also focus on a range of activities. Representatives from general camps will be present, as well as those offering the opportunity to develop specific skills like sports, fine arts or an academic subject. Directors of these events often use brochure printing services to provide information to interested parents and kids at this type of event.
The event is free for parents and campers. Those planning to attend should register on the NJ Kids website, and will receive a gift at the event. Many of the camps represented are also currently hiring counselors, so teenagers and young adults looking for summer jobs are welcome to attend to learn more about these opportunities.
The camp fair will take place on Saturday, February 3 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at Bergen Town Center.
