Workshop in Livingston helps start new year right

An upcoming workshop in Livingston will allow participants to set their intentions and get the year off to a good start.

Amaya Toland will present the workshop “Create Your Personal Theme: Set Your Intention, Shape Your Year.” The workshop is an interactive event during which Toland will guide participants as they learn how to identify their core values, recognize the motives for their actions, and use these insights to design a theme that will help them shape the upcoming year.

The workshop will include self-assessments, breath work, and group discussions, all of which can help participants set intentions that match the issues and beliefs they cherish most.

New year resolutions and other plans often fade over time until people give up on them. However, a personal theme is a steady, ongoing influence that helps people make decisions that support their goals throughout the year.

Amaya Toland is a life coach, administrative professional, and HR executive with more than 30 years’ experience helping individuals succeed, both in their personal lives and in their careers. She has worked with everyone from artists to CEOs, helping them focus on courage, clarity, and moving forward. Toland is also a contributor to “The Coach’s Casebook,” a handbook for successful coaching.

The workshop is scheduled for January 15, at the Livingston Public Library. Specialists who organize events like this can enhance their experience by using flyer printing to create handouts to use to publicize the event in the local area.
