After four years of planning, Saber Real Estate Advisors and Sabre Real Estate Group recently announced that ground breaking will soon take place for a new shopping center in the retail corridor along Route 10 in Livingston.
The shopping center, to be called The Corner at Livingston Circle, will be 41,000 square feet in size and anchored by the Container Store. Joining the 24,500-square-foot building will be a Blake Pizza, Shake Shack, and Starbucks Coffee.
Larry Anderson, Executive Vice President of Sabre Real Estate Group, commented that Livingston is a prime location for this shopping center as there is great deal of wealth in town. Meanwhile, Michael Klinger, managing member of Saber Real Estate Advisors, said that the high quality of the anticipated tenants endorses the importance of the location and they have been welcomed with open arms by the area’s shoppers.
According to Alfred Anthony, Mayor of Livingston, the town is excited that this area will be redeveloped with new, quality businesses.
Banner printing will be an ideal way for Saber Real Estate Advisors, which is developing the site, to let the community know what they can expect at the new shopping center and when to look for its opening. Saber Real Estate Advisors anticipates beginning construction by next month and completing the project by the end of 2016.
