An increasing number of tenants is signing up for the new retail corridor along Route 10 in Livingston.
Developers of the shopping center, which will be known as The Corner at Livingston Circle and is expected to be 41,000 square feet in size, are Saber Real Estate Advisors and the Sabre Real Estate Group. Managing member of Saber Real Estate Advisors, Michael Klinger, said that this location is one of the primary submarkets in New Jersey, and Saber is excited to be involved in developing this part of Livingston.
The anchor tenant is the Container Store, which will occupy 24,500 square feet of space. This will be the third of its stores in the state; Shake Shack, Starbucks Coffee, and Blaze Pizza have also signed leases for The Corner.
This is the fourth store for the Shake Shack in New Jersey, the second for Starbucks (but the only one with a drive-through window), and the fourth in the state for pizza restaurant Blaze.
Joining these establishments will be a Santander Bank, Sprint Wireless, and a car wash at the former location of the Circle Service Station. In addition, the property of the Donut Basket business is listed for sale for retail development.
The developers might benefit from various printing services to promote the shopping center to other retailers, as the residential population in Livingston is relatively wealthy and expected to grow.
