Aru Sushi, a restaurant in Livingston that serves traditional Japanese lunch and dinner Menus and has a sushi bar, recently celebrated its three-month anniversary with members of the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Al Anthony.
The mayor commented that he is glad to have a sushi restaurant return to the location. The owners, Cristin and Robby Sunarti, named the restaurant ‘Aru’, meaning that it is ‘unique’, ‘remarkable’, and ‘artistic’. The Mayor said that the Sunartis are very hospitable people, having offered a great deal of food at their grand opening, and he added that it is great to have them in town.
At the celebratory ribbon cutting, there were seasonal decorations and many of the restaurant’s small dishes were served in the traditional of providing the fresh ingredients of which Aru Sushi is proud.
The chefs are Bambang Sunarno and Robby Wijaya, who focus on providing a wide range of textures, flavors, and innovative dishes, with the goal to created dishes that are unique to the restaurant. Sunarti wants to ensure that excellent service is provided so that guests will have a special dining experience.
Aru Sushi might benefit from the use of a poster printing company to create a range of promotional printed pieces that can be displayed to promote the special offerings of the eatery.
