Livingston rejoices with two new business openings

Two new businesses were recently opened with special ribbon cutting ceremonies by Alfred M. Anthony, Mayor of Livingston, along Livingston Township Council members and a number of other local dignitaries.

The grand opening of the Hills Fit Studio, an indoor studio for cycling, was the first of the ceremonies. Located at Eisenhower Corporate Campus and owned and run by Hillary Schumer, this studio offers a low-impact exercise opportunity to locals and the employees of the building.

The Eisenhower Corporate Campus also offers the professionally supervised ‘It’s Beyond Fitness’ for its tenants, and so the combination of the two facilities is intended to help people reach their health and fitness goals and raise the standard for fitness and corporate health offerings.

A celebratory lunch was then held at Boon Thai Kitchen as a way to recognize the restaurant, which has been in business for one month in Livingston. The restaurant has a one-of-a-kind menu and many take-out offerings, according to the owner Sheri, based on her grandmother’s recipes. She added that she had wanted to open a Thai restaurant in Livingston before she retired and has received a warm reception since coming into town.

The two businesses may be looking to local printing companies to create Banners to post at their businesses, thereby promoting their respective services and offerings.
