Livingston High School wins high rankings

An internet company recently published its rankings of communities, districts, and schools, and Livingston High School and the township made an impressive showing.

Niche.com named Livingston High School (LSH) as Essex County’s second-highest-rated public high school, and the Livingston Public Schools (LPS) school district No. 7 in New Jersey. There are 374 school districts in the state, and LPS came in at No. 2 on its list of Best Places to Teach in New Jersey, and at No. 6 as Districts with the Best Teachers in New Jersey.

In other rankings, LHS is No. 22 in the state on the roster of Best College Prep Public High Schools in the state, No. 28 for Best Public High School Teachers in New Jersey, and No. 42 on the list of Best Public High Schools for STEM in the state. LPS is listed as No. 108 in the country by Niche.com, which evaluated a total of 10,751 school districts.

Livingston also won accolades as a township, as it is ranked No. 4 Best Place to Raise a Family in Essex County, and No. 28 on the list of the Best Places to Raise a Family in the state.

Livingston Public Schools received the Overall Niche Grade of A+ for the academic year 2023-2024. When schools and other institutions gain excellent results, officials can use flyer printing to create a newsletter sharing the news with residents.
