Livingston becomes home to bike-based fitness facility

Hills Fit Studio recently opened in Livingston.

The fitness center is located in the Eisenhower Corporate Campus, which is an office complex of 380,000 square feet in size, owned and managed by the Eastman Companies of Livingston. Long Wharf Real Estate Partners of Boston, Massachusetts is a joint venture partner in this endeavor.

The studio has 20 professional gym-standard stationary bikes that provide a workout experience of low impact. The bikes themselves are focused on the user in that they are fully adjustable for all sizes, shapes and abilities, yet are also safe, with a no-slip grip handlebar, clips on the pedals, and dual water bottle holders.

The studio also offers cubicle storage for belongings, a complimentary towel service, and bottled water for a charge of $1. There are no changing rooms or showers available as yet.

According to the co-managing partner of Eastman, Michael Schofel, the company is very excited about introducing this fitness concept to the tenants of the complex, while also offering a new space for those who are enthusiastic about indoor cycling in the Livingston community.

Hills Fit Studio is open seven days a week and offers classes in the early morning and evening. Eastman Companies may want to turn to poster printing companies to promote this new fitness concept throughout the office park and the surrounding Livingston community.
