Family fun planned in Livingston

A popular service organization is planning a family-friendly event in Livingston.

The Livingston Kiwanis have announced plans for the upcoming Kiwanis Karnival, a five-day event that is suitable for everyone. The carnival will include fun food, games, and rides. Organizers can use banner printing to create sturdy, weather-resistant Banners that identify the rides and games at events like this.

Ticket prices have not yet been determined, but people who want to get on a ride will need from 3 to 5 tickets for each person, and all riders will need to have a ticket. People may use credit cards to buy ride tickets but will need to pay cash for games.

The Livingston Kiwanis Karnival will be held at 66 E. Northfield Road, on May 17, 18, and 19, from 6.00 pm until 10.00 pm; May 20, from 6.00 pm until 11.00 pm; and May 21, from 2.00 pm until 11.00 pm.

One of the dates includes special activities. May 21, from 11.00 am until 1.00 pm, has been designated Barry Ross ARC Day. During those hours, the carnival will be open only to those guests with special needs and their families. They need not be residents of Livingston.

May 21 is also Hand Stamp Day, when people can pay once and ride from 3.00 pm until the carnival closes.

All proceeds from the carnival will go back into the community via the Livingston Kiwanis’ programs.
