Livingston residents are invited to take part in a run/walk/roll event to support those with special needs.
Family, friends, and members of the community are invited to walk together to show support and acceptance of those with unique and special needs. The event is a major fundraiser for LifeTown and Friendship Circle. It is a popular way for teams and individuals to join in a fun event that can make a positive difference in others’ lives, especially young adults, and children with special needs.
There are two events, a walk and a 5K run. Those who intend to walk can register at 11.00 am. The opening ceremony is at noon, and the walk begins at 12.15 pm. From 12.30 until 3.00 pm, there will be food, fun, and entertainment for everyone, including a performance by Wacky Chad.
The schedule for the 5K run begins with registration at 10.00 am, and the run begins at 11.00 am. After the event, runners are welcome to join in the fun. The fee for the run is $30, but the walk is free.
The FC Walk is scheduled for November 3 at 11.00 am. The location of the event is LifeTown at 10 Microlab Road in Livingston. When outdoor events like this are planned, organizers often decide to contact a printer, who will use banner printing to create sturdy course markers that can be used in all weathers.
