A special event in Freehold will say hello to warmer weather and support a good cause at the same time.
An evening will bring people together to celebrate summer and offer support to Live Lucky Equine Rescue. At twilight, attendees will form circles and set intentions of healing and love for themselves, the community, and in particular for the rescued horses at Live Lucky.
A charcuterie table will provide delicious foods that are thoughtfully chosen. Attendees should bring their favorite beverage to toast the evening and the summer. Anyone who has crystals that have a special meaning is encouraged to bring them and participate in a swap.
Local healers and artisans will be in attendance, offering handmade treasures, tarot readings, and reiki sessions, adding to the fun, and live music will be provided by Galen Deery, a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.
The evening supports Live Lucky Equine Rescue, which is dedicated to rescuing horses in need, protecting them, and providing them with a permanent, safe home where they can live out their lives. The Rescue does not trade, adopt, or sell horses but does work with other similar organizations to offer mutual aid.
The Summer Solstice Celebration is Friday, June 21, starting at 6:30 pm at 10 Yearling Place in Freehold. Organizers of events like this will often use flyer printing to create handouts to advertise them in the local area.
