Dancing for fun and funds in Freehold

An upcoming dance is planned in Freehold to raise funds for an organization that supports the community.

DowntownFreehold.com is the organizer of Showcase @ The Hotel: Dance Party. The venue in question is The American Hotel located at 18 East Main Street in Freehold, and the entertainment for the evening is DJ Joe Kahwaty, along with Mission Dance.

Mission Dance is a popular party band that works regularly throughout the tri-state area. The group was established in 1991 and is a group of professional musicians who have been playing together for anywhere from three years to three decades.

The members have a passion for entertaining audiences and are dedicated to providing outstanding services, qualities that have made them popular at corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions.

Mission Band plays current music, but also plays Broadway tunes, ethnic music, country, Blues, Jazz, Big Band, classic rock, Motown, R&B, and more.

DJ Joe Kahwaty is a native of Brooklyn who relocated to New Jersey as a child. He has always loved music and the idea of using it to bring energy and joy to special events.

The party is scheduled for January 25, from 7.30 pm until 10.30 pm. Tickets are available only on the Downtown Freehold website, and are priced at $35 for VIP admission and $25 for standard admission; part of the proceeds will go to Downtown Freehold.com. When they plan events like this, organizers often use poster printing to create suitable advertising.
